How do i create an account on Wisetek Market

To create an account on Wisetek Market: on our website, select the user icon on the top right. Then select the create account link. Here you will need to input your information, create your unique password and select the Create Account button.

How do i reset my password for my account?

To reset your password for your Wisetek Market account: select Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter your email address. A link will be sent to you to allow you to reset your password.

How do i unsubscribe from your emails?

If you no longer wish to receive emails from Wisetek Market, click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. If you wish to unsubscribe but you are having trouble doing so, please contact us directly at sales@wisetekmarket.com and we will remove you from our mailing list.

What does refurbished mean?

A refurbished device is one that has been tested, repaired, and cleaned to ensure that the device functions like new. Only established sellers with the professional experience to test, repair, and replace parts can define their electronic goods as being refurbished or refurbed.

What are the benefits of buying refurbished items?

There are two key benefits to purchasing a refurbished device over a brand-new device.  

  • A refurbished device can cost significantly less than its brand-new equivalent
  • Purchasing electronic devices can reduce your carbon footprint, prevent devices from ending up in toxic landfills, and promotes a circular economy. 

Is there a conditions guide for refurbished items?

Yes, at Wisetek Market we grade the condition of each device using our unique grading scale which describes the cosmetic condition of each device sold on wisetekmarket.com. Our conditions are as follows: New in Sealed Box, New in Open Box, New Unused, Excellent, Very good and Fair. See Conditions Guide for more information. 

Do you sell new items on Wisetek Market?

Along with refurbished items, Wisetek Market sells New and New in Box (NIB) items. These details will be designated within the product listing to show whether the item is New, new in Box or Refurbished (Excellent, Very Good, Fair).

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accepts payments from all major credit cards.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes. We will email discount codes occasionally to our subscribers to use on their purchase. To subscribe, signup to the newsletter below.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Is there a standard warranty on my purchase?

Yes. we offer a 1-year warranty on your Wisetek Market devices, free of charge. Please note, accessories are not covered under Wisetek Market warranty but may include a manufacturers warranty.

What is your return policy?

Wisetek Market offers a 30-day free returns policy. If you are unhappy with your item within 30 days of receiving it, we can offer a replacement device or a full refund. If you are returning your item outside of the 30 day free returns, our engineers will verify the device before offering a replacement device or a full refund.

How do i return my item?

Should you wish to return a product for replacement or refund, please email sales@wisetekmarket.com with your request.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, all Wisetek Market customers have a 30 day right to return if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product(s).

Can I track my purchase?

After purchasing you will receive an email from our sales team confirming your purchase. You will also be issued with a tracking number based on the carrier assigned to your order.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 15 days from when we receive the item(s).
