EXCELLENT COMPUTER FOR EXCELLENT PRICE WITH GREAT WARRANTY POLICY

I bought over a couple of hundred Apple laptops at this point from Wisetek, ranging from 2017-2019 MacBook Pro, and mainly use them for my tutoring center. The majorities of them work perfectly, Once in a while, one or two of the unit stop working, but because of their 1-year warranty policy, they always replace the unit that fails within 1-2 weeks. Overall I am thrilled with their service, a lot of sellers on eBay and Amazon claim to have 1-year warranty but when something goes wrong you never hear from them again, this seller Wisetek is legit with genuine warranties and excellent customer service.

If you're planning on purchasing a refurbished laptop, you've come to the right place! 1. I expected the laptop to arrive in the stated 5 - 7 days. It arrived in 3. 2. The laptop was EXACTLY what I wanted, and exceeded my expectations in more ways than can be expressed in 2000 characters. 3. I called with questions before I was even a paying customer, and _all_ my questions were answered fully. 4. The person I spoke with said that they were proud to work with Wisetek. It's rare these days to experience excellent customer service. A great customer service experience still exists in 2022, y'all! For all the reasons stated above, and more, it was $600± VERY well spent!

BLOWN AWAY! :-D

Had never heard of this company and was not sure if it was legit, but I was like what the heck virtual card to the rescue :). I needed an affordable nicely spec'ed Mac lappie to run a user interface (I purchased by mistake) for music production and this one fit the bill. I found and ordered this one: 1. Not only was it high powered..... 2. It was extremely affordable! 3. There was an additional discount! 4. It arrived in 3 days! :-o 5. It was in great condition! 6. Functions as expected I've ordered many items online and I must say I have NEVER experienced this level of customer service and relative quality all in one purchase. Kudos to the entire Wisetek Market team for your exceptional business model, not only have you raised the bar, you've run away with the bar! Thanks :-)

I was hesitant to order due to little information about the company, I didn't see anything bad, but nothing substantial. We decided to take a chance and pay through PayPal. We ordered a MacBook Pro and it came in exact condition as described, everything working, for hundreds less than other sites. Customer service was great, computer arrived in less than a week. Would not hesitate to purchase from WiseTek again.

Bought HP Elite 1030 in "Fair" condition. It is in perfect condition-just immaculate! If you are considering purchasing a used or refurbished computer, look nowhere else. Comes with a one year warranty with purchase. Received the delivery in five days from California to Ohio. I couldn't be any more satisfied with my purchase! Thank you Wisetek!
