The laptop was EXACTLY what I wanted, and exceeded my expectations in more ways than can be expressed in 2000 characters. 3. I called with questions before I was even a paying customer, and _all_ my questions were answered fully. 4. The person I spoke with said that they were proud to work with Wisetek. Had never heard of this company and was not sure if it was legit, but I was like what the heck virtual card to the rescue :). I needed an affordable nicely spec'ed Mac lappie to run a user interface (I purchased by mistake) for music production and this one fit the bill. I found and ordered this one: 1. I was hesitant to order due to little information about the company, I didn't see anything bad, but nothing substantial. We decided to take a chance and pay through PayPal. We ordered a MacBook Pro and it came in exact condition as described, everything working, for hundreds less than other sites. Customer service was great, computer arrived in less than a week.
